FOOLISH MORTALS R2 TEST DRIVE MEME

Hello again, you foolish mortals. Since we are not having a mock trial for R2, we decided to have another test drive to help ring in the occasion! Especially since many of you have multiple options for the upcoming rounds. Much like last time, this test drive will remain open until the game itself opens in October.
Foolish Mortals is, of course, open to Disney characters only - and the same rules apply here. Characters who don't fit this criteria may find themselves being removed from the test drive, for consistency purposes. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult our FAQ here. Please list your character's name (canon also recommended) in the header of your top-level prompt.
Here are some examples to get you started:
1 - Waking Up
You find yourself awoken in a dreary little bed that creaks and squeaks far too much for your liking. The room is run-down and decrepit, and cobwebs practically coat the particularly tacky wallpaper. It's...unnerving, to say the least, and you should probably get out of there. Sadly, it doesn't look like the rest of the hotel is any cleaner, but...perhaps you'll find others in similar circumstances?
2 - Killing Time
If we must kill something, it might as well be your boredom. It doesn't seem, however, that the hotel has quite a lot to offer in the way of entertainment. There's an old projector with creepy early-to-mid-century movies, a bar, a (rather eerie) library, a steam room, and a treasure room. Something feels... off about the last room, however, like you're being watched.
3 - Happy Haunts
There's...stillness in the air. Occasionally, you might notice some sort of unexplainable oddity. A piano might begin to play itself in your presence, or dishes and silverware might reaarange themselves when you're not looking. The eyes on portraits might even follow you around, until you notice them. Perhaps it's worth investigation, or perhaps you're better off just screaming and running away. Your call.
4 - Party!
The Hollywood Tower Hotel, before its sudden closure, was famous for its parties. So perhaps it's unsurprising that everyone is called to the Tip Top Club for a mandatory party...on Thursday night. You should throw on your best formal attire, and try to have a good time. It should be mentioned, of course, that the motive this week appears to be getting on everyone's nerves. It doesn't really help matters that it'd be so easy to take someone out if you just flipped the lights off...have fun.
5 - Body Discovery
Despite your best efforts, someone has died on this fateful Friday. While no one was especially close to him, it appears that Cinderella's father is dead, and one of you is responsible. Better investigate the mansion for clues, and hope you don't mess this up...
6 - Et Cetera, Et Cetera, Et Cetera
For all the prompts you want to do but we haven't listed.
Keep in mind that posting in the test drive does not represent a commitment to join our game. You're welcome to play here even if you can't app. Playing here does not guarantee a slot in the game, nor does it count as a reserve. However, you're welcome to use up to 20 comments here from your character on the test drive should you app them later, in lieu of a sample.
Remember, reserves for the game will be opening on September 22nd

Nonetheless, a good gathering every now and then can really perk the spirits up. In the, ah, metaphorical sense, of course.

You know what he's just gonna get to his feet. This seems rude, sitting down like this, when Preston hasn't.]
We could be looking for a way out if we weren't all trapped here. Besides- maybe they're up to something while we're all cooped up!

At a dinner party? They wouldn't dare. They're deviants, not brutes.

[and at least some of them are jerks]

Haven't you heard of a 'distraction', mister?

You shouldn't commit crimes anyway!

also skittering up on the chair to stand on its back. Something a little closer to eye level, though he's still at least a foot lower than Preston's]
Look, all I'm saying is that if they wanted us to enjoy ourselves, they could- I don't know, let us go! This is no time for fooling around!
[chip there are people actually having fun on the dance floor]

For god's sake, man. Its a delightful get-together and a cheery distraction. Not everything is a deadly scheme or diabolical trick.

Did you forget who's running all this!?

[Just because you're small doesn't mean you have to be a downer]

[get on his level!!!]
We should be trying to think of a way out! Maybe if we stopped the party...
[...'we', Chip?]

You want to interrupt a social gathering, a diplomatic affair that is giving people a modicum of entertainment in a trying situation. [Gesturing to people actually dancing] All to... what was it? Break the rules? Attract attention from our murderous captors? Putting various lives in danger?
[Granted, Preston cares more about what happens to his own life in this situation but. What can you do.]

[STOP MAKING SENSE
Chip stammers a little more as he gazes out over the dancers, thinking through to the consequences Preston's implying before letting out a huff of frustration and falling in to a sit]
I just- don't think we should have to be here if we've got- better things to do!

If they expect everyone here, they won't be looking for me! This is a prime opportunity.

And when someone notices you're missing and decides to take an opportunity to break other rules while you're all alone and undefended?
