[Week 1? No one will die! Wander will put together a lovely fruit basket for Ghostave and tie a cute bow as an offering of friendship, and then they'll all work together and leave the mansion!

The problem is finding the basket. Wander walks into the room, opens a drawer, does not find what he's looking for, turns to the next set of cabinets, and bumps into to Dominator's legs.]

Hi, Dom! [Whoops he didn't notice you, he was too busy thinking about his gift.]

[She didn't want to say this to anyone, but this whole situation irked her more than she wanted to admit. She wasn't used to anyone, let alone some no name bad guy, defeat her so easily. Not to mention that she could no longer use her lava or ice powers now.

Every day she was half tempted to just kill all these losers just to escape and plot her revenge on this villain. But, as much as she would love to murder everyone, between the loss of her powers and the fact that she is already the most obvious suspect here it would be suicide to try to escape now.

Besides messing with the guests here is fun enough right? ... Right?

She visibly recoils when Wander bumps into her. Seriously of all people to bump into her it has to be this complete goody two-shoes? Just what she wanted.]

Ugh, too busy thinking of how to help a bug to look where you're going, dork?

[She smirks darkly in an attempt to be intimidating. She hopes that Wander doesn't realize yet that she's pretty much powerless here because there is no way he'll ever be afraid of her again if he knows this.

She supposed she could still easily kill Wander with her bare hands though, if worst came to worst.]

Oh, not now. I already checked on Jiminy. [There are no cockroaches to befriend, anyway.] Sorry for the bother, but I was just lookin' for a basket. You find one yet?

[He says, pointing at a high cabinet. Wander is a small alien, and high places are difficult to reach. Dominator should learn how helping people find stuff feels great!]

[Really? Cool, they already have something in common, which might be why Wendy approaches him near the end of week 1, or she just catches him somewhere.]

Hey, dude. Are you okay? You've been looking really... tired.

Yeah, I'm great. I'm fine. [The sarcasm is heavy there.] This is just another Wednesday in the life of me, International Superstar.

[That part's not sarcasm, at least. His profile makes mention of the fact that he's famous for being something called a "DHI," although it doesn't explain what that is.]

[Marluxia may be a bit odd, but as Wander knows, everyone has good inside of them even if it is buried deep deep deep deep deep deep down. With some insistent offers of friendship, Wander will get him eventually.

He believes in him.

But by now, Marluxia should know that there are times where Wander can't tell that someone is manipulating him. Can't, or refuses to believe so.]

[ It's pitiful, really, how trusting Wander is. How insistent he is that they should be friends. If Marluxia had a heart, perhaps he could find it within himself to attempt a friendship with the alien.

Alas, poor Wander.

Really, he's glad for it, as much as he can be. It makes things easier for Marluxia. Pick off the weak and trusting ones while he works on leaving this damned place. And as it's close to the usual day...

It's time to act. Marluxia's left him a note under his door, a note (politely) asking Wander to meet him in the kitchen. ]

[When someone asks for his help, Wander cannot refuse. It's impossible for him. While the others are working through their emotional turmoil, the traveler is here to attend to little needs and make their captivity less draining. Marluxia looks like he's been dead inside for a while (not that he's judging, Wander has felt that way some days, and it's only thanks to Sylvia that he hasn't broken down ten times last week) and he really needs people to talk to him. So Wander fixes his hat, grabs his banjo, and heads sneaks out of his room.

He walks right into the kitchen without announcing himself until he's well inside.]

I got your note. Is there somethin' you wanna talk about?

[ That's a fair assessment. Though it's less dead inside and more that he feels pretty much nothing. Same difference. Besides--Wander is unaware, as is everyone else, and Marluxia would very much prefer to keep it that way. It's easier to lie and manipulate when someone doesn't know about your incapability to feel an actual emotion. ]

Ah, Wander. Excellent. Thank you for coming.

[ He's debated just poisoning everyone's food. That'd be a way to do it, wouldn't it? But... that comes with its own risks. Say someone chooses not to eat. They'd know. And Marluxia would rather not die. ]

I require your assistance with something, actually.

[He said the magic words.]

Want to learn how to make cornbread? Peach lemonade? [Holds his banjo in play position.] I can play a song if you need company.

[From there, they can talk about feelings. Trap him in the kitchen or some other room and force Marluxia to listen to Wander's wannabe therapy.]

[ Oh god, no. But he doesn't show the fact that it's literally the last thing he ever wants. He chuckles lightly. ]

That won't be necessary, but the offer is noted nonetheless.

[ He'd gotten enough of Demyx's music back in the Castle, he's not in the mood for it here. ]

Rather, I was considering making brownies for someone. However, I'm not sure I have the touch a master baker someone like Aqua could appreciate.

[But does Demyx play folk/jazz fusion? Marluxia really should expand his horizons.]

Oh. That I can do. [Baking is easy once you learn the basics. Wander rolls up his imaginary sleeves. It's the thought that counts.] First things first, you gotta get the ingredients and pans on the table.

[Has Marluxia prepared the table for brownie making?]

[ How about no.

Also, he's certainly done that. The ingredients are off to the side, looking exceedingly innocent. (They're not. There's poison in as many ingredients as possible, including for the frosting.) ]

Of course. Why don't you lead, and I'll follow.

[ He'll go ahead and grab the pans. ]

[He hops onto the nearest table, turning the bags of flour and sugar to face him.]

So what we can do is that I'll tell you how much stuff to pour in and you can do most of the mixin'. [Squints at the supplies.] You forgot the sifter, but it's no big deal, not like every bakin' books tells you why it's important.

[And just after a few seconds, Wander hops off the chair. He sticks his head into the cabinet and shouts back:] Are we usin' semi sweet or unsweetened baker's chocolate?

[ Ah, not quite as planned. Marluxia thinks quickly, then... ]

Semi sweet will do just fine. As to your first suggestion, I have a better idea. We could each make a pan and share with the others, once they've awoken. Does that suit you well enough, Wander?

[He shoves himself out out of the cabinet and onto his feet, holding a sifter.]

Why didn't I think of that? [Head pap] Hands-on learnin' is better than visual learnin', and we'll get twice the brownies.

[He hops onto the chair yet again.]

First off, we start with the dry ingredients. Let's say one cup of flour. [He hangs the sifter on his bowl, demonstrating the proper method of spooning in flour and sifting it. It sure is nice hanging out with Marluxia without devolving into an argument.] Folks are gonna love havin' brownies baked by you. It's a great way to show them you care!
